25 January 2011 OUR COMPANY WANTS TO RENDERED SERVICES TO A FOREIGN COMPANY WHO HAS NO OFFICE IN INDIA. BUT THE SERVICES CONSUMED BY THIRD PARTY IN INDIA. WHETHER THIS SERVICE IS TAXABLE OR NOT. THE COMPANY IS REGISTER WITH SERVICE TAX AUTHORITIES UNDER 65(ZZU).
