Self assessment tax is paid but 26AS is not showing the same and as a result of it intimation is received of demand being payable. what is the way out of it

Submit application for Rectification of Order/Intimation u/s 154 of the Income Tax Act stating the facts and also enclosing a copy of the Self Assessment tax Challan.
