16 June 2014 in sec 6 after satisfying basic conditions, two additional conditions are there. in first condition it is written that resident in india in at least 2out of 10 year immediately preceding p.y. in this how i interpret 2 out of 10 year (where it is 2 f.y. or 2 calendar year or if stay in india 182 days in four year)

16 June 2014 It means that the person shall be resident for atleast 2 years out 10 previous years and it has nothing to do with calender year. The residential status of the previous 10 financial years have to be taken into consideration which will be determined as per Sec. 6(1).
