IN CASE WHERE A SINGLE PROPRIETOR IS ENGAGED IN MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS AND ALL ARE COVERED UNDER TAX AUDIT THEN WHETHER A SINGLE REPORT IS TO BE ISSUED OR FOR EACH BUSINESS THERE SHOULD BE A SEPARATE REPORT

If the auditor is one and the same person, one 3CB and separate 3CD's will suffice.

IN CASE WHERE A SINGLE PROPRIETOR IS ENGAGED IN MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS AND GROSS RECEIPTS OF ONLY ONE BUSINESS EXCEEDS THE SPECIFIED LIMIT AS PROVIDED IN SECTION 44AB. FURTHER FOR EACH BUSINESS SEPARATE ACCOUNT ARE MAINTAINED AND ONE PERSONAL BALANCE SHEET IS ALSO PREPARED THEN IN THAT CASE HOW TO PRESENT THE 3CB, 3CD AND ANNEXURE I TO 3CD REPORT?
