whehter tds required to be deducted?
Whether form 15ca and 15cb to bo filed as per amended provisions in 2015

Yes 15ca and 15cb to be filed as per amended provisions.

17 November 2015 No declaration type to be filed in TDS return. It is only 15ca and 15cb is the declarations.
