Hello everyone,
Can anybody please explain me Section 14A r.w Rule 8D with a simple example??
I have read many examples on google but could not get a conceptual clarity on it.

it is very simple.
if u earn exempt income then debit some exp. as per formula provided in rule 8D.
If u didnt incur exp, still debit some exp otherwise assessing officer will reject your books of accounts.
