Dear,
MY question is that a director gives services (not in professional nature)( e.g.director(however he is not a electrician) repair a genset at one time when no electrician avalabe in the market that time...) non-retainable basis.. thats also amounts to opp???????

Hi
Any amount paid to director without approval in addition to director remuneration will cover under section 314 and he will comply such provisions for taking such money.

Any remuneration over and over his remuneration as director will constitute office or place of profit.
