hello, does anybody has the format for search report of a company to be prepared by a C.A?

it is on the letter head of CA/CS...no Prescribed format of IT.
You just need to start with the company information inc. details of members and directors and the charges registered with the MCA.
last but not the least..Signature of Practicing Professional with appropriate stamp.
