What are details that should be submitted at the year end to sales tax department

A annual return has to be filed with certain annexures with details of purchases, sales, taxes, etc.. Also need to see if your company comes under VAT Audit. Also provide under which state your business is registered.

in sales tax deptt. pls fill all colum of form provide any information. and also you can show any diff. of purchase and sales . if any
