we make one invoice 150000 after 4 days we cancelled and again made invoice with different number to same party 170000 in this transaction is there any problem with sales tax dept

sales returned with in the prescribed period of time by the act generally it is 6 months. So first confirm what is allowable period of sales returns according to your state VAT act. Your sales returns is with in 4 days from the date of sale of goods so it should be in allowable period. So no problem will arise.
