06 February 2010 1 )can anyone tell me about why govt. issue "C FORM" to the dealer ?

2) what is the benefit of govt. for issuance the c form, In this only benefit of dealers rather than govt. so why issue govt.?

07 February 2010 C Form is issued by the govt.in case of Inter state sales(Central Sales) to the purchaser who will transfer it to the seller so as to claim the tax reduction.

C form is issued in order to assess the sales tax at reduced rates.

This is one the way of the govt. to give benefit to the dealers dealing in different states.
