Maine agriculture land 650000.00 Sale kiya tha lekin woh agriculture land tahsil se 14 km door hai aur wahaan ki population 4500 hai capital gain tax mein exemption mileage yaa nahi.

Yes exempted from capital gain, as it will fall under rural agricultural land.
