Dear Sir
eg.Mr. B receipt annual salary rs.400000 and he provided with furnished accomodation at gurgoan(population above 4lac)employers pays rent 48000 p.a and ded 2000 pm in his salary the cost of furnishing residence is rs.60000 house occupied 9 months only calculate perquist
pls give detail about this problem

1.Salary for the purpose of RFA = 4,00,000*9/12 = 3,00,000
2. Rent paid = 48,000*9/12=Rs. 36,000
3. RFA = 15% of salary or rent paid whichever is lower.

RFA = 36,000
Less: Deduction 2,000*9=18000
Add: 10% of furnishing=6000
RFA = Rs. 24,000
2. Rent paid = 48,000*9/12=Rs. 36,000
