Generally, their is no need to file any Form with ROC until any event happens in company.

Generally following is documents required to be filed annually with ROC after holding of Annual General Meeting:

1.Form-23AC within 30 days from AGM
2 Form-23ACAwithin 30 days from AGM
3.Form-20B within 60 days from AGM
4. Form-66 within 30 days from AGM, if applicable.
5. Form-23B will be filed by Auditor appointed at AGM within 30days from the acceptance of appointment letter.

After that in case of any change reporting is to be done. And annual filing of balance sheet and annual returns are to be filed with ROC.
