04 July 2012 I am working in PSU. From 1st Jul 12 service provider is also responsible to pay service tax in some cases. May ple clarify that if service was receved in the month of June 12 but payment is made in the monht of jul 12. In that case veverse machanism is applicable ie as a service recever PSU is also responsible to pay service tax directly to Department
