16 May 2013 If an individual service provider, providing security service to company, has charged service tax on full amount and not on 25% of amount...

in such case what will be our position?? will b liable to pay service tax as service recipient??/

16 May 2013 you just pay him 25% of service tax and deposit 75% on your part, even if he is not satisfied issue him a challan of your payment.
