if turnover is less than 9 lakhs n assesee has taken service tax registration no. then return filling is necessary or not n assesee has not collected tax from service receivers

Once Service Tax registration is obtained filing of Service Tax return is mandatory even if it is a Nil return.

No. Charge Start Charging Service Tax once Rs 10 Lacs limit is crossed.
