Mr. X died in july 2014His wife and his minor child left behindHe was a director in one pvt. Ltd. CompanyHow i should file his and his huf's last return??Who will be the legal representative of him and his huf firm??

in the case of Individual, his wife can be representative assessee, and in the case of HUF , the senior most co parcener
