07 February 2014 log on to www.incometaxindiaefilling.gov.in and file itr1 and send ITR-V to cpc banglore within 120 days of filling online return.

07 February 2014 yes u need to file itr-1 in this case on income tax website as given above reply.

26 February 2014 Sorry to say but you are wrong, because tution income is professional income & for this we need to file ITR-4 not ITR-1
