05 September 2016 Hi can i file a return of 2015 - 2016 now .

my income is from business .

shall i add my name of company also when i file a return ?

05 September 2016 You can file return for 2015-16 now. For business income file ITR 4. Separate return has to be filed for companies. In case of proprietor concern no need to file separate return file in individual name.

05 September 2016 You have to enter the name as per your PAN in the return. Open the current ac in personal name.

i don't have any registration in any statuory complaince

in ITR, the name of business is to be given
