1. Resolution Authorizing to Take Booking at DDA Land

“RESOLVED THAT Mr./Ms. [Name], [Designation], be and is hereby authorized on behalf of the company to take bookings, apply for allotment, and sign all necessary documents related to purchase/allotment of land from Delhi Development Authority (DDA) or any other authority.

FURTHER RESOLVED THAT Mr./Ms. [Name], [Designation], be and is hereby authorized to do all such acts, deeds and things as may be necessary in connection with the said land booking and allotment.”

2. Resolution for Accepting Share Application Money
