PLEASE ANY ONE SUGGEST ME WHETHER OWNERSHIP FLAT GIVEN ON RENT WHERE TO TREAT IN BALANCE SIDE??? UNDER INVESTMENT??

You will show it under Fixed Assets. Depreciation though can not be claimed as it is taxable under Income from House Property.
