Rent from Commercial and Residential property

11 November 2019 Sir,
I have GST registration, I received income from Commercial property as well as residential property. Now my question is shall I charges GST on commercial property rent invoice as well as residential property rent invoice?

Please give your precious guideline.

11 November 2019 GST is applicable only for Rent on Commercial Property. GST is exempt in case of Rent of Residential Property.

11 November 2019 Yes... I agreed to Mr CA Ankit R Momaya view... and If the residential building rented into commercial activities then Gst chargeable in the rent...
