rent free accomodation value (rent paid ) 4500x5=22500/-
7.5% of gross salary = 302918*7.5% = 22719/-
my quires is which amount taken to treat as perquisite ?

In case of leased accomodation 15% of gross salary or actual rent paid which ever is less is the perquisite.
