03 October 2013 I am providing service of Industrial painting etc.
I do the work for labour work only and also with material.

Both are for separate orders.

Then under which services I have to register...??

05 October 2013 This is covered in work contract in the 3rd category,
Whereas 60 percent of the total Amount is charge for Work Contract,

Also in case of execution of original work 40 percent of the total Amount is charge for Work Contract..

Hence you are liable to pay Service Tax, if your Taxable Service Exceeds 10 lacs..
