regarding transfer procedure

07 January 2009 I gave CA final Nov-2008
2 yrs completed in 06-09-2008
leave taken with mutual consent for at least 4months with no payments for 6 months from CA.
During the leave period i attended office 2 to 3 days in week for work.
now wanto to take transfer by giving full details of leave in Form109

will it affect my result? it will be hold back byICAI

please help my CA has done gr8 problem

08 January 2009 Your result will not be withheld. You can get transfer. You have to serve extension if any (more than 138 days leave) with new Principal. Good Luck.
