13 November 2013 I am deemed exporter. I am selling the goods under H Form for which vendor will issue me confirm purchase order & will submit all export documents when actual export will take place. Can I buy corresponding goods by issuing H Form to the dealer from whom I am buying the said goods?

13 November 2013 No this facility is not available.Exporting and one sale behind it are exempt.Not one more before it....mjk
