I want clear clarification regarding IPCC.My PCC attempt is in MAY 2010..weather i can transfer to it or not.since ICAI is providing forms of re-registeration.what is it's purpose.If get transfer what is the benefit.Accod. to me i can clear Final 6 months earlier whith IPCC
