10 February 2017 For company, 15CA & 15CB is compulsory for foreign payment or not ? If co. renewed software from online & payment is made at that time 15CB & 15CA is mandatory or not ?

10 February 2017 15CA & 15CA is compulsory for the company for all the payments other than for imports. For that software renewal payment 15CA & 15CB is required.

But agar uska payment director ke credit card se kiya to fir 15CA & 15CB is compulsory ?
