dear sir,
CASE- :
i have client who has received arear of salary of rs. 6,00,000(six lakhs)and employer had deducted tds of rs. 60000 (sixty thousand.. I want to ask that whether this tds is refundable or not..????if yes than how nd in which section?? reassion for arrears of salary is increment of salary has been consider late by govt.due to certain reassion...

File the return and Claim 89(1) relief if refund due claim it in the return.
