Dear Sir
One of my client want to file ITR for FY 2014-15..and claim refund of Rs 5000.
Can refund b granted in this case.
Plz guide.

Yes refund can be granted on filing of belated return. File return now and claim refund.

File on line return no penalty will be imposed. No penalty in cases of refund.
