i would like to know (a) formula for Reducing Rate of Int V/s. Flat Rate of Int.
If reducing is 10%p.a., how much will be flat rate ?
(b) how to prepare ammortization schedule in excel sheet, for loan with EMI with reducing balance of int. ?
