Rebate of property tax while paying service tax?

08 December 2012 Can anyone tell me while paying service tax on rent,how much % or Amount of rebate of property tax we get?is it sum lumpsum figure or 20%?can we take actual credit of property
tax?

It is actual property tax amount paid is allowed as deduction.

09 December 2012 As per notification 29/2012 dated 29th June 2012, property tax levied and collected by local bodies can be deducted from the rent.
