my friend start new factory. his ITC credit more then ITC payable.
But he liable to payee RCM every month. and he paid in july , aug
Sep he also liable to payee RCM.
july and aug credit he adust agnst sep or not

Yes July and Aug credit he can adjust against Sep. It can be adjusted in the respective month of payments.
