IF SERVICE RECEIVER IS AN BOI DOES IT HAVE TO PAY SERVICE TAX UNDER RCM IF LEGAL SERVICE IS RECEIVED FROM ADVOCATE.

If the BOI is a business entity with a turnover more than rupees ten lakh in the preceding financial year then it has to pay service tax under RCM for legal services.
