Sir, with reference to the above, what is the GST rate in case of hire charges vehicle bill and whether there is any RCM applicable on the above service. Your opinion highly solicited.

GST on hire charges of vehicle is 5% if fuel cost included. Vehicle hired without fuel will attract 18%. This is not covered under RCM. However it is pertinent to mention that, any service provided by Unregistered dealer to registered dealer is covered under RCM.
