15 July 2013 I joined my Articleship in Feb 2013. Can i register for the Final now?? or When i am eligible to register for the final.. Pls help..

You are free to take registration in Final. There is no restriction for taking registration.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

As per this, you will be eligible to appear in Nov 2015 attempt.

16 July 2013 Thanku Ajay ji... wats the Problem was i dint get articels the registration letter... The ICAI sent me the letter that unless the final registration was made the procedure for articles doesnt start itseems

16 July 2013 If you have taken registration in Feb, 2013 and you did not get registration letter, it means your registration require some clarification.

I will suggest you to contact to Institute for getting your registration letter.

16 July 2013 I contacted them but they were saying that unless the final registration was made the articles procedure wont start

16 July 2013 I think there is confusion, please contact the Institute again, there is no pre condition for article ship.
