Please tell me procedure to register under Maharashtra Value Added Tax.
1) What Documents are required ?
2) What for should i fill ?
3) Fees etc. if any ?

documents required
Shop Act, PAN Number, Bank Details and one blank cancelled cheque, two residential proofs out of which one shall be MSEDC Bill and one identity proof.
Rs 500/ if regular registration.
Rs.25000/= if its voultary Registration.
Ubder regular Reg. Copies of Tax Invoices upto Rs.500000/= for sales effected and purchase proofs for the same period .
Sales and Purchase register.
