17 June 2013 What is the procedure of registration of trust u/s 12AA in income tax act.

Is corpus fund is exempt?

17 June 2013 Submit the following documents to the Commissioner of Income tax.

i) Form No. 10A in duplicate.

ii) Copy of the trust dee in duplicate.

iii) If the trust was in existence prior to the year of this application , two copies of the of the financial statement of the trust.

iv) A write up , in duplicate, of the activities of the trust.
