what are the procedure to be followed to export of goods by a dealer, without payment of excise duty?

After executed the bond merchant exporter can export the goods without payment of duty under CT-1.

But sir department is not allowed ct-1 in the case of dealer.

You can export the goods without payment of duty under CT-1. I don't know why department are denied. You should consult with any professional.

Sir department told that CT 1 is applicable to the manufacturer who export the goods. They told that this facility is not available to the dealer.

The procedures are prescribed in the notification No. 42/2001-CE(NT) dated 26.6.2001 and see the rule 19 of central excise rules 2002.
