Please explain me terma Price Adjustment regarding AS 11 or any other AS

AS 11 : TRANSLATION
I.E. IF YOU BUY AN ASSET ON 311-2008 $20000 AT 1$ = RS.46 AND ON THE DATE OF PAYMENT IS 1$ = RS.47 THEN PRICE ADJUSTMENT WILL TAKE PLACE. YOU WILL PAY MORE.
