Prescrutiny Error shown at the time of uploading of INC 7, dir 12 and Inc 22

I am trying to upload the INC 7, Dir 12 and Inc 22, When I am trying to upload the following error shown
forms getting submitted is/are not prescrutinized"
The form level prescrutiny didn't show any error and showed no prescrutiny error found.

in this case, 2 issues may exist
1. MCA is not working properly (due to technical lack by system), try from other system
2. JAVA problem.
try to file it from other PC or laptop where no such problem persists
