Pf payment without trrn no on challans for before feb 2012

Dear Sir/Madam,
could you please advise us as our company has not paid pf since April 2011.
now are paying the amount but we unable to generate the challans with trrn no with the software and we have prepared the challans as per the old method and submitted to the SBI bank. but they are not accepting the challans without TRRN no .
could you please advise us how to pay the pf for the period april 2011 to Feb 2012 pf ?

Please contact your Zonal Office and know the available option.

it is not correct answer.........therer is an option in FAQ we can generate TR no........later i have searched and find the answer with my friends.......

Mr Rams I never replied your query but suggested you to contact the PF Deptt and know the exact solution. Merely suggesting you to contact the authorities does not constitute that I have replied your query.

the following is the answer for PF payment for the months before Feb 2012, in FAQ 28th Point.
reproduced below for the benefit of those who require it.
28. The employer has to make payment for the past period, that is for the dues against the wage month of February, 2012 or before. What shall he/she do?
The Employer E-sewa portal has a link for Challan on the top menu bar after the employer has logged in. This link has the option for data entry of Challan for the past period. After entry of the data, on Submit, a challan with TRRN will be generated and can be used for remittance.
