Dear Experts
I am currently completing my extension articleship which will finish on 31st August 2010.I want to pursue LLB.Whether permission of the CA institute is required or not as my articleship will finish on 31st August 2010 & TYBCom results are still not declared?What action CA institute can take if permission is not obtained?

yes you should take permission in form-112 from icai.

My suggestion is to take permission from ICAI even if one day is remaining to complete the Articleship.
If you can wait till 31st Aug to take admission then its fine, Or take permission in Form No. 112
One thing more Never imagine a situation like "what will happen If permission is not obtained", Coz ICAI now a days getting more strict and the recent notification published in ICAI website is quite clear.
