My client being an Individual having Two PAN No.but use only One PAN NO.
Now He intends to surrender the old PAN No.which is not using by him since long.
However he is not having any document for the old PAN no.like Allotement Letter or Pan Cad itself.
what procedure is to be followed for the the same.
Please reply urgently.

Please fill up form for change / correction in PAN no.
Please fill up PAN no. which you want to continue as above .
now
in point no. 10 , Mention other Permanent Account Numbers (PANs) inadvertently allotted to you.
then file it nsdl.
By this your PAN no provided in Point 10 will be surrender after processing of form.
