15 June 2015 Hello Experts,

Packing material (Woven Fabric Bags) purchased against form H for use in export of goods. Supplier charged BED @ 12.50%.

We are not registered under excise rules as we are a trading firm.

What will be treatment of BED? can we claim refund/credit for the same

17 June 2015 The other procedure will be follow for procurement of input without payment of duty for the purpose of export.

Do you mean to say that supplier has wrongly charged BED on Wooven fabric bags when the transaction was against form H?

Should we approach the supplier for reversal of duty wrongly charged?

23 June 2015 YOU CAN FOLLOW : - PROCUREMENT OF INPUTS WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY FOR EXPORT AS PER RULE 19 OF CENTRAL EXCISE RULES.

YOU NEED TO SUBMIT A BOND WITH CENTRAL EXCISE DEPARTMENT THAN YOU WILL BE ABLE TO PROCURE WITHOUT PAYMENT OF DUTY
