We are clearing goods under the notification No. 10/97. And also do reverse 8%. But we do'nt know in which Notifiation it is there. Can anybody pl. inform me.

Pl read Rule 6(3) of the Cenvat Credit rules which restricts the availment of credit on common inputs/ services.
