Notice from income tax department fo excess cash deposit

30 August 2016 Dear sir
I have a client who are received a notices from income tax department for the year 2011, 2012, 2013, for cash deposit in saving account. the amount is mention in notice is correct i.e. 1200000 to 1600000. since my client does not file return for above year because they have income below exemption limit. My client starting their return filling from F.Y. 13-14.
Please suggest me what i reply for the transaction mention in the notice. IT Department give us five option only
1. cash deposit in a/c is taken in return
2. amount is not relates to you
3. partly relates to u or ur joint holder
4 go for IDS 2016 scheme
5. amount is incorrect.
sir i have only option no. 1 to choose but we did't submit return for that year
what i have to do. plz suggest me.

02 January 2017 choose option 1 and mentioned returned not filed since income is bellow exemption limit. you must return file for current year
