Dear Sir,
My friend has received non filing of itr notice for the f.y 2013-14 from IT department, in that f.y he also bought a four wheeler, it department mentioned that information also in notice. He registered in e filing portal for itr filing. my query is how to give respond in compliance Module in the e filing portal please guide me. When i open the e filing portal, compliance Module there is two responds had, one is about purchased four wheeler and second is non filing. Kindly guide how to solve this .

sir, source of income is salary income below 5 Lakh per annum and tds deducted from salary 2600/- .

Reply to the compliance module car purchased out of salary income of less than 5 lacs.
Tax deducted fully from salary income, hence not filed the return. Return for subsequent years will be filed.
