No intimation u/s143(1)

14 November 2013 assesse had filed the return with in the due date but no intimation u/s143(1) or order has been received.So what we have to do.Is there any section which applies to it.

14 November 2013 After successful filing of e Return, the assessee should send the ITR – V to Income Tax CPC by ordinary post / speed post.On receipt of the ITR-V income tax dept will send you the SMS & email confirmation of receipt.They will process and issue the intimation u/s 143 (1) later.

Make sure to confirm whether the assessee sent the ITR-V or not.
